Apple iOS Users
You can view & edit your APN settings in one of the following locations: Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Cellular Network or
Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options > Mobile Data Network
You need to tap APN and enter www.wlcom, leave all other settings blank.

Android Users
This is going to be different depending on who made your phone, but it's always going to be in the Wireless & networks section of the Settings. You're looking for a setting for Access Point Names and it might be nested in another setting like Cellular Networks. Don't worry, you can't mess anything up by tapping the settings and looking inside.
Once you've found the Access Point Names section, tap to open it. At the top of the page (three dots) or at the bottom menu you can find the option to add New APN. Enter APN www.wlcom, leave all other settings blank. Save and activate the new APN Settings.

Swipe in from the right > Settings > Select Network
Press and Hold Operator > Connection Properties
Select the Profile tab in the Mobile Broadband Properties
Select Access point > Custom
Set Access Point (APN) www.wlcom
